Before the game, a Poise rep will interview PWHL players about how they stay confident in high-pressure moments. These pre-recorded segments will air on the arena’s Jumbotron during intermissions, inspiring fans and celebrating the power of Poise.

There is nothing more raw and exciting than hearing your favorite athletes express themselves, and Poise wants to take you right into the action by teaming up with CBC Sports for live action commentary. Poise and CBC Sports will simultaneously live stream mic'd up players during select PWHL games to highlight the empowerment, camaraderie, and light-hearted moments that makes women’s hockey so inspiring and dynamic.
